Senderra Celebrates  14 Years of Service  and Patient Care

Senderra proudly celebrated its 14th birthday on March 1st, marking a journey of growth, innovation, and dedication to providing exceptional healthcare solutions.

Co-founders Win Purifoy, Will Howard, and Tom Bohannon founded Senderra in 2010 and embarked on this venture after a year of meticulous planning and studying.  The company's beginning was inspired by a transformative moment that Win and Tom had at a Maverick basketball game, where they learned about Total Lifecare Pharmacy (TLC), a company looking for investors at the time. Win initially considered contributing to TLC, but Tom's vision and persuasion led them to establish their own specialty pharmacy, sparking the birth of Senderra. Partnering up to prepare Senderra for its opening, they laid the groundwork for a new opportunity in the healthcare industry.

The company's humble beginnings saw its first building nestled under a prominent rheumatology office, where patients would conveniently pick up their medications. Since its inception in 2010, Senderra has achieved significant milestones, including the establishment of its first distribution center in Richardson, TX, in 2011. The expansion continued with the introduction of national field sales in 2014, followed by a presence in North Carolina and Michigan in 2018, and further growth leading to a $1 billion milestone in 2021. The journey culminated with the opening of a new distribution center in Plano in 2023, marking yet another step forward in Senderra's commitment to excellence.

Amidst this remarkable journey, Senderra is proud to recognize its longest-serving employees who have been integral to the company's success.
