Pharma Services Analyst
Position Overview:
Manages fee-for-service programs and ensures compliance by reviewing pharma
manufacturer contracts, developing internal standard operating procedures for new
programs, training operational staff and tracking performance of programs via data
analytics. Auditing and reporting for fee-for-service programs on a daily/weekly/monthly
basis. Managing the billing for fee-for-service programs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Location: Dallas, TX
Education / Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of pharma experience or 2-3 years Specialty Pharmacy experience. Pharmacy technician license is preferred.

Responsibilities
-
Reviews requirements for new contracts and develops standard operating
procedures to ensure company compliance with all facets of the contracts. -
Trains operations teams on new contracts and retrains as needed for existing
contracts. -
Responsible for completing monthly system and user QA for assigned processes.

Responsible for billing in relation to assigned manufacturer programs.

Manages pharma contracts on a day-to-day basis including understanding
operational processes and workflows. -
Constructs Quarterly Business Reviews, using Excel and PowerPoint, for Pharma Partners of all Core Medications.

Responsible for monthly UAT testing for all program within proprietary software.

Responds to hub organization requests following protocol in accordance with
company procedures to answer questions and resolve issues. -
Manages pharma contract compliance including expiration of current contracts, assisting with redlining and reviews for potential contracts and understanding all
operational guidelines for new contracts. -
Participates in weekly implementation meetings to discuss fee-for-service projects and programs.

Knowledgeable regarding Senderra’s community values and demonstrates them
daily. -
Reviews and reconciles funds received.
