Oncology Senior Account Manager

Position Overview:

Establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, nurses, and other third party clients to increase company income and revenue. 

 

Education / Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor's degree of Business or Science preferred.

 

Experience Requirements:

5-10 Years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes relationships with new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Experience in Oncology

  • Fosters relationships with new and existing clients by ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained throughout the prescription process.

  • Resolves client complaints by working with internal staff to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.

  • Maintains budgeted sales efforts by continually studying existing and potential client volume.

  • Completes territorial reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plan reports, and monthly analysis.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace data on pricing new products, merchandising, etc.

  • Seeks opportunities to participate in relevant conferences and events to market the services of Senderra

  • Manages the budget within the sales portfolio to ensure sales objectives are met and costs are controlled.

  • Knowledgeable regarding Senderra's community values and demonstrates them daily.

  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
