Oncology Senior Account Manager
Position Overview:
Establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, nurses, and other third party clients to increase company income and revenue.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Business or Science preferred.
Experience Requirements:
5-10 Years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Oncology.

Responsibilities

Establishes relationships with new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Experience in Oncology

Fosters relationships with new and existing clients by ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained throughout the prescription process.

Resolves client complaints by working with internal staff to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.

Maintains budgeted sales efforts by continually studying existing and potential client volume.

Completes territorial reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plan reports, and monthly analysis.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace data on pricing new products, merchandising, etc.

Seeks opportunities to participate in relevant conferences and events to market the services of Senderra

Manages the budget within the sales portfolio to ensure sales objectives are met and costs are controlled.

Knowledgeable regarding Senderra's community values and demonstrates them daily.

Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
