Marketing Communication Specialist
Position Overview:
Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Payer/Managed Care, Legal, and Business Development, to create impactful messaging, materials, campaigns, and manage critical projects. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including creating content, email marketing campaigns, RFP responses, presentations, press releases, coordinating events, and supporting effective marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a creative thinker, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is eager to take on new tasks and contribute fresh ideas to our team’s success.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and refining marketing materials to align with brand standards.

Create and proofread content for email campaigns, RFP responses, press releases, marketing communication materials, and assist as needed with social media posts, blogs, internal communications, and surveys.

Support planning and execution of events and conferences.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team collaboration initiatives.

Provide input and coordination for our digital tool suite and AI platforms.

Create presentations for multiple departments.
