Marketing Communication Specialist

 

Position Overview:

Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Payer/Managed Care, Legal, and Business Development, to create impactful messaging, materials, campaigns, and manage critical projects. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including creating content, email marketing campaigns, RFP responses, presentations, press releases, coordinating events, and supporting effective marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a creative thinker, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is eager to take on new tasks and contribute fresh ideas to our team’s success. 

 

Education / Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)

 

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven time management skills

  • Proficient in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365

  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and refining marketing materials to align with brand standards. 

  • Create and proofread content for email campaigns, RFP responses, press releases, marketing communication materials, and assist as needed with social media posts, blogs, internal communications, and surveys. 

  • Support planning and execution of events and conferences. 

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team collaboration initiatives. 

  • Provide input and coordination for our digital tool suite and AI platforms. 

  • Create presentations for multiple departments. 

  • Additional responsibilities may arise as our team and company grow. 

 

Required Tools:

  • Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Microsoft Teams  

  • Monday.com for project management 

  • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite  

  • HubSpot  

  • Bonus for Loopio and reputation management software experience 


Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced environment. 

  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. 

  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). 

  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending and occasionally lifting promotional items and boxes. 

  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions. 

  • Minimal travel required <5%; conferences and trade shows
